Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs in schools across Walsall. Flexible roles offer 1:1 and small-group support, helping children engage with learning and build confidence.

Applicants with a caring, patient approach and strong teamwork skills are encouraged to apply. SEN experience is helpful but not required; a positive attitude and commitment to making a difference are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Working closely with teachers and other school staff to create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
