TeacherActive Limited is working with a SEND setting in Walsall, recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for an immediate start. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of SEND across mixed ages, delivering both individual and classroom support, and adapting methods to meet each learner's needs.

Applicants should have SEND experience, strong communication skills, and a patient, resilient approach to working with children and young people. PAYE staff benefits and ongoing CPD are available.

The setting provides a supportive and structured learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and engagement with learning.

The setting is looking to appoint SEN Teaching Assistants with an immediate start. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will support pupils across different age groups, providing individual and classroom support while adapting their approach to meet a range of mixed SEND needs.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND
• Experience supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
• Confidence working across different ages and Key Stages
• The ability to adapt support to meet individual pupil needs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
