Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated, and proactive Teaching Assistant who will be working closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for children with SEN.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities.
• Support pupils' emotional, social, and academic development.
• Encourage independence and boost confidence in learning.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH).
• Is patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic.
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
