• The School supports pupils aged 2-19, with opportunities to support across all Primary and Secondary year groups depending on your preference and expertise.

Pay, Hours, and Contract:

• Contract – Full-time until the end of the Academic Year in July 2025. Temporary Contract.

About the Role:

• The role involves supporting pupils with various SEN and challenging behavior on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• The School supports pupils with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, PMLD, MLD, and SEMH.
• Some pupils may be non-verbal or require Personal Care; willingness to support in these contexts is essential.
• A key part of the role is understanding the different needs and learning styles of pupils, working closely with Class Teachers and colleagues to tailor support.

Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements:

• A Supporting Teaching and Learning or Childcare-based Qualification (desired).
• Experience working with children in UK schools.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• A resilient, proactive, and positive attitude.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to obtain one.
• Provide two professional references covering the last two years.
