Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting for a SEN TA in the Solihull area (B92) to support learners with severe learning disabilities and ASD, including challenging behaviour. The role is full-time with Oct 2026 start and a July 2026 end date.

The position requires experience with Speech and Language, ASD, EYFS to Post 16, and a relevant qualification such as SEN/Occupational Therapy. De-escalation and positive behaviour strategies are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Speech and Language, ASD or Speech and Lang
• Experience with EYFS - Post 16
• Degree in child studies, SEN or Occupational Therapy
• Level 2 or 3 TA/ Health and Social
• Ability to de-escalate challenging behaviour
• Support and Nurture through positive consequence therapy
