Job summary

Inspire EHC Ltd. is seeking a SEND Learning Support Specialist to support pupils with SLD, PMLD and complex needs at a West Suffolk school. You will provide targeted 1:1 and small group assistance, helping with communication, sensory regulation and independence in a structured setting.

The role requires empathy, reliability and strong teamwork, with opportunities for ongoing CPD and long-term roles within a supportive SEND environment.

Pay: £14.30 £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Long term/ Temp to Perm

We are working in partnership with a very special SEND school; a highly regarded specialist setting in West Suffolk, to recruit a compassionate and committed SEND Learning Support Specialist to support pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and complex additional needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or support worker who is passionate about inclusive education and understands the importance of consistency, empathy and high quality support.

Your role

As a SEND Learning Support Specialist, you will:
