Job summary

Inspire EHC Ltd is seeking a SEND Learning Support Specialist to support pupils with SLD, PMLD and complex needs at a West Suffolk school. This role focuses on 1:1 and small group support to enable communication, regulation and independence.

You will collaborate with teachers, therapists and pastoral teams in a safe, structured setting, contributing to a nurturing learning environment and ongoing SEND-focused training.

Qualifications

• Background in education, care, support work or psychology.
• Calm, patient and resilient approach.

Pay: £14.30 £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We are working in partnership with a very special SEND school; a highly regarded specialist setting in West Suffolk, to recruit a compassionate and committed SEND Learning Support Specialist to support pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and complex additional needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or support worker who is passionate about inclusive education and understands the importance of consistency, empathy and high quality support.

Your role

As a SEND Learning Support Specialist, you will:
