SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Hemel Hempstead

Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: hEMEL Hempstead

Rate: 90 - 110 per day (dependent on experience)

Hours: Term time only (temp to perm)

This role is ideal for Teaching Assistants who want to:

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils with varying SEN needs, both in and out of the classroom
• Foster positive relationships and encourage pupil engagement
• Implement behaviour management strategies consistently and effectively
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams
  
  

Key Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in education or care)
• Strong behaviour management and a calm, adaptable approach
• (Desirable) CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or above in Supporting Teaching and Learning
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
