Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: hEMEL Hempstead
Rate: 90 - 110 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Term time only (temp to perm)

This role is ideal for Teaching Assistants who want to:
Work closely with pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Develop their SEN skills in a supportive, specialist environment
Join a dedicated team focused on pupil progress and wellbeing
Make a long-term difference in a school committed to inclusive education
Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils with varying SEN needs, both in and out of the classroom
Foster positive relationships and encourage pupil engagement
Implement behaviour management strategies consistently and effectively
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams
Key Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in education or care)
Strong behaviour management and a calm, adaptable approach
(Desirable) CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or above in Supporting Teaching and Learning
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
