Salary: £90–£100 per day (Depending on experience)
Location: Polegate
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Short-term, Day-to-Day Supply

Are you a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs?
GSL Education are looking for reliable and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible, day-to-day basis in welcoming primary schools across Polegate. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy varied work while making a meaningful impact in children’s lives.

• 1:1 and Group Support: Assist pupils with special educational needs both individually and in small groups
• Inclusive Practice: Help adapt classroom tasks and activities to suit individual learning styles
• Classroom Assistance: Work alongside teachers to support positive learning experiences for all
• Flexible Working: Day-to-day supply roles that fit around your availability and preferences

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant Experience: Prior experience supporting children with SEND is desirable

• Team Player: Able to work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff
• Compliance: Must have suitable references and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply)
