GSL Education in Leicester City is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support primary and secondary pupils. The role pays £93-£100 per day, ASAP start, full-time or supply, 8:45am-3:15pm, term-time only.

Knowledge of SEN needs (PD, Personal Care, Learning Difficulties, SEMH, Autism, PDA, ADHD, Looked After Children) and strong behaviour/classroom management are required. The school fosters an inclusive environment and will appoint permanently for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of SEN requirements (PD, Personal Care, Learning Difficulties, SEMH, Autism, PDA, ADHD, Looked After Children).
• Experience in an Education or Support Role.
• Understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Demonstrate outstanding support in long or short-term roles.
• Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to inclusive education and student development.
