Job summary

Career Teachers is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for a Croydon primary school. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a daily rate of 93–110 GBP. You will support children with SEN, including ASD/ADHD, under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.

Ideal candidates will have recent primary school experience, a valid DBS (update service) or willingness to obtain one, and be flexible, proactive, and a strong team player capable of making a positive impact on learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD and learning difficulties.
• Recent experience in a primary school setting.
• DBS on update service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support children with SEN to access learning activities.
• Assist the class teacher and SENCO in classroom tasks.
• Work as part of a supportive team in a Croydon primary school.
• Follow directions and contribute to inclusive learning outcomes.
