Job summary

Academics is partnering with a fantastic West London secondary school to recruit two Graduate Teaching Assistants, starting in November. This full-time role provides hands-on experience supporting pupils across Key Stages 3-4 and developing classroom skills ahead of teacher training.

You will work under an experienced SENCo, supporting students with SEN and collaborating with teachers across various subjects.

Qualifications

• Experience with young people in school or youth settings.
• Willingness to commit to a full-time role.
• Interest in pursuing teacher training in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in Year 7–11 classes and support diverse learners.
• Work under the guidance of the SENCo to help students with SEN.
• Support classroom activities and pupil engagement to foster a positive learning environment.
