Academics is partnering with a fantastic West London secondary school to recruit two Graduate Teaching Assistants, starting in November. This full-time role provides hands-on experience supporting pupils across Key Stages 3-4 and developing classroom skills ahead of teacher training.

You will work under an experienced SENCo, supporting students with SEN and collaborating with teachers across various subjects.

The graduates work as SEN teaching assistants on a full time basis and gain invaluable school experience. As a SEN teaching assistant you will be working under the guidance of an experienced SENCo and will work closely with students. You will be working with students from years 7 - 11 in a wide range of subject areas giving you the opportunity to gain a real insight into secondary school teaching.
