Moore Teachers Ltd is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant for an Outstanding specialist school in Hertfordshire to support pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties. The school serves pupils aged 2 19 with EHCPs and delivers a bespoke programme within a specialist SEND setting.

You will join a team led by the Class Teacher, helping pupils across learning areas while contributing to an environment of high standards and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• SEN Teaching Assistant roles providing support to pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties.
• Experience and/or qualifications supporting children.
• Willingness to supervise swimming with pupils weekly.

Responsibilities

• SEN Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties.
• Working as part of a team under the direction of the Class Teacher.
• Supporting pupils with their learning and development across different areas of the school.
• Suitable for candidates with relevant experience and/or qualifications supporting children.
• The role includes swimming with pupils at least once a week.
