Long-Term Teachers Ltd is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant for a welcoming special educational needs school in Dawlish, Devon. You will support students aged 2–19 with a range of SEN and SEMH needs, helping them access learning in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

This full-time, term-time role (temporary to permanent) offers a daily rate of £108, opportunities to work indoors and outdoors, and a supportive team dedicated to student wellbeing and development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with children is essential.
• Patient, positive and adaptable.
• Passionate about SEN and SEMH support.
• Enthusiastic about engaging students through creative, practical learning.

Responsibilities

• Support students aged 2–19 with SEN/SEMH.
• Engage and motivate learners with SEN needs.
• Help students access learning through tailored activities.
