The position begins temporary with a path to permanent, offering valuable experience in an engaging educational setting. The role emphasizes teamwork, resilience and communication to help pupils achieve their goals and manage behaviour

Qualifications

• Resilience and a patient approach when supporting pupils with SEN.
• Strong communication and relationship-building to work with colleagues and families.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a school team.
• GCSE English and Maths (grade 4+) is essential and driving license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support three key students with core learning and personal development.
• Help students engage with education and progress toward individual goals.
• Build positive relationships and provide consistent support.
• Encourage confidence, independence and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure consistent student progress and record-keeping.
