Responsibilities

• Support pupils during teacher-led activities, encouraging independence and participation.
• Prepare and maintain a positive classroom environment with displays and resources.
• Promote positive behaviour and support social development during learning and breaks.
• Build positive relationships to support learning, wellbeing and development.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff and families to nurture an inclusive environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding procedures at all times.
