Location: Newham

Salary: £90 - £105 per day

Start Date: ASAP

Working Hours: 08:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support our students with SEMH needs, including ADHD and potential self-harming behaviors, across Key Stages 1 and 2. You will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans and interventions, creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist students with SEMH needs, including ADHD and self-harming behaviors.
• Support students across Key Stages 1 and 2, adapting to their educational needs.
• Create an inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCO on support plans.
• Build positive relationships to promote social, emotional, and academic development.

Requirements:

• Experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role preferred.
• Experience with Nappy Changing is required.
