Qualifications

• Ability to interpret information for a wide spectrum of student ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of core subjects (PSHE, numeracy, literacy).
• Use multi-sensory techniques (signs, Makaton, symbols) to aid communication.
• Provide emotional guidance and support self-regulation in students.
• Collaborate with a supportive team providing mentoring and training, including personal care if needed.
