Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Cranleigh is seeking a dedicated SEN support assistant to help pupils aged 8 to 13, delivering core subjects and developing daily living skills using multi-sensory approaches.

You will join a committed team on a semi-rural campus, with term-time hours and INSET days; the role includes mentoring, personal care where needed, and extensive training, with salary £21,599–£22,462 for 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret information for students with a wide spectrum of ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of core subjects (PSHE, numeracy, literacy).
• Use multi-sensory techniques (signs, Makaton, symbols) to aid communication.
• Provide emotional support and help students develop self-regulation strategies.
• Collaborate with a mentoring team and participate in training and personal care tasks.
