Job summary

Pioneer People Ltd in Redditch is recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for long-term roles across welcoming primary schools. You will support pupils with Autism, ADHD, Speech, Language and Communication Needs, SEMH and learning needs, delivering 1:1 support or small group interventions to help them learn and thrive.

We are looking for calm, patient and adaptable applicants with strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as SEN TA in a primary school.
• Ability to support 1:1 and small groups.
• Able to work with children with a range of needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEN.
• Support small intervention groups.
• Assist pupils within the classroom to promote academic and social progress.
• Help maintain positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment.
