Pioneer People Ltd is partnering with welcoming Northfield primary schools in the West Midlands to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a long-term role. You will support pupils across EYFS to KS2 with a range of needs and help them build confidence and achieve academically and socially.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant within a primary school.
• Confidence supporting children with additional needs.
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
• A calm, patient and adaptable approach.
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEN.
• Work with small intervention groups as needed.
• Support pupils within the classroom to help them achieve academically and socially.
