Job summary

Pear Tree High School is seeking Teaching Assistant Level 1 SEN to support students and learning in a state-of-the-art SEND environment. The role focuses on supporting learning activities, implementing ILPs, and promoting inclusive practice.

We offer ongoing training and development, supportive teamwork, and a commitment to safeguarding. The post is permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week during term time, with 5 INSET days, and requires pre-employment checks.
