SEN Teaching Assistant (KS2)

A welcoming and inclusive primary school inLancasteris looking for a dedicatedSEN Teaching Assistantto support a KS2 pupil on a 1:1 basis fromSeptember 2025.

• Provide 1:1 support to a KS2 pupil with additional needs (including ASC)
• Deliver engaging, tailored activities that support learning and development
• Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt resources and strategies
• Encourage communication, confidence, and social interaction
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

• Experience working with children with SEN (or a strong willingness to learn)
• A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) is desirable but not essential
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

• Competitive daily rates:£85–£95 per day(depending on experience)
