Your New Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them to access the curriculum and develop essential life skills. You will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies. This is a full-time, long-term role with the potential to be permanent for the right candidate.
