Job description

SEN Teaching Assistant required in Coventry - £95 to £115 per day

Are you a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant eager to encourage progression in your pupils? This exciting vacancy offers flexibility and placement in a reputable school in Coventry.

This role starts in September and is ongoing until further notice.

SEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

1. Support KS3 and KS4 students with various SEN needs, including Autism.
2. Implement school policies, manage classroom behavior, and foster a positive learning environment.
3. Support all levels of SEN teaching assistants, including NQTs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant qualifications for working with SEN students.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff and students.
• Experience supporting SEN students; experience with Autism is advantageous.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive pay between £95 and £115 per day (AWR compliant).
