Qualifications

• Experience in SEN or school-based settings is highly advantageous.
• Experience in care, support work, youth work, coaching or mentoring is welcomed.
• Psychology graduates or related degrees are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with a broad range of additional needs using EHCPs to tailor learning.
• Identify barriers to learning and implement strategies to promote progress.
• Help pupils develop communication, confidence, emotional regulation and independence.
• Build positive relationships and provide consistent, patient support.
