Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence supporting behaviour and adapting to different needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
• Helping students stay engaged, focused, and confident in lessons.
• Supporting behaviour using calm, consistent strategies.
• Working closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support.
• Encouraging independence, social skills, and emotional wellbeing.
