Teaching Personnel are working with a large, well-established primary school in Hounslow to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils within their specialist SEN provision. Qualifications

• Experience as SEN TA is preferred.
• CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification required.
• Knowledge of autism, ADHD or communication needs is important.
• Background in school, care, youth work or psychology is helpful.
• Experience supporting children with additional or complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Delivering personalised support for pupils with SEN.
• Supporting communication, social development and independence.
• Assisting with SEN interventions and personalised learning programmes.
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Building strong relationships with pupils, families and staff.
