Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)?

As a SEN Teaching Assistant with Protocol Education, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in various schools across Lambeth, helping children thrive in their learning journey.

You’ll provide tailored support, assist with adapting lessons and build strong relationships with students to help them reach their potential. With flexibility in your schedule and new experiences every day, no two days will ever be the same!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN on a one-on-one or small group basis
  • Adapt lessons and activities to meet individual needs
  • Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging confidence and growth
  • Work flexibly across different schools and classrooms, bringing creativity and calm to each new challenge

  • Passion for supporting children with SEN
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings
  • Creative, patient, and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in SEN (or a strong interest in learning)
  • Professionalism, reliability, and great communication skills
