PMLD Teaching Assistant - Flexible, Part-Time/Supply

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide academic and emotional support to students with SEN.
  2. Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
  3. Work with students in one-on-one or small group settings.
  4. Collaborate with SENCOs and specialists to implement learning plans.
  5. Help prepare materials and resources to enhance lessons.
  6. Support students during lessons, break times, and activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Passionate about supporting children with SEN.
  2. Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to diverse student needs.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
