Aspire People Limited is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs across Cambridge and surrounding areas. Qualifications

• Previous experience with SEN preferred
• TA qualification Level 2/3 desirable but not essential
• Degree or significant experience in supporting students welcomed
• Strong communication skills and patience
• Positive, proactive attitude and passion for diverse learners
• Willingness to undergo DBS check (if not on Update Service)

Responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering tailored lessons
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with SEN
• Support social, emotional, and behavioural needs of students
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work with staff and outside agencies to ensure best outcomes for students
• Keep accurate records of progress and provide feedback to teachers
