Job summary

Academics are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Cirencester. You will provide one-to-one or small group support and help children with learning needs, including mild to moderate SEN, to improve communication, confidence and social development.

You’ll work closely with class teachers to create an inclusive, engaging learning environment, with a rewarding role that makes a real difference to pupils’ daily school life. ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is desirable.
• A caring, patient, and positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to supporting all learners and promoting inclusion.
• Relevant qualifications are helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities
