Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with complex needs across King's Lynn and surrounding areas. The role offers day-to-day cover or long-term placements, with flexible scheduling designed to fit your availability and professional goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ASC, SEMH, ADHD, or SLD/PMLD, thrive with challenging behaviour, and support IEPs under the guidance of teaching staff.

Qualifications

• Calm, empathetic and resilient approach to behaviour management and pupil engagement.
• Ability to support individualised learning plans (IEPs) under teacher guidance.
• Experience with complex needs (ASC, SEMH, ADHD, SLD/PMLD) is desirable.
