Five Education is seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision school in Frome, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and helping them access learning in a structured, safe environment.
The ideal candidate will have SEND experience, be patient and nurturing, and bring strong communication and teamwork skills with a clear commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident supporting pupils with SEND and is passionate about helping children access education in a supportive and structured environment.
Full-time availability is preferred, however part-time applicants will also be considered.
A background working in a specialist SEND or alternative provision setting is highly desirable.
