Five Education seeks an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to support a well-resourced special school in Weston-super-Mare. The role involves 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, helping with learning, communication and emotional regulation in a structured environment.
You will collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to support EHCP targets and individual learning plans, and assist with personal care when required. Full-time preferred; part-time considered with training and mentoring.
We're looking for an experienced and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to work in a well-resourced special school in Weston-super-Mare. This role is ideal for someone who is confident supporting pupils with SEND and is passionate about helping children access education in a supportive and structured environment. Full-time availability is preferred, however part-time applicants will also be considered.
A background working in a specialist SEND or alternative provision setting is highly desirable.
