Qualifications

• Adaptable, patient and resilient across varied SEN needs.
• Qualifications in education or special needs support are advantageous but not essential.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.

Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships with students to create a supportive learning environment.
• Implementing behaviour management strategies as outlined in behaviour support plans.
• Providing emotional support to students to help them cope with challenges and build resilience.
• Supporting inclusion by modifying activities to ensure accessibility for all students.
