Job summary

Together Teaching is seeking a proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding primary school in England. You will support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other learning differences to access the curriculum and build independence, under the guidance of class teachers and the SENCO.

The role involves tailored 1:1 and small-group support to help every child experience success and a sense of belonging, develop social skills, confidence and academic progress.

Qualifications

• Experience as SEND Teaching Assistant and enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum.
• Support social and emotional development, independence and positive behaviour in classroom settings.
