Job summary

Teaching Personnel is looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant in Northampton. Your role will involve providing tailored support to students with autism and other needs in a nurturing, small-class setting.

Qualifications

• Dedicated and compassionate individual to support students with autism and learning barriers.
• Experience in supporting individuals with SEMH and/or ASD is preferred.
• Understanding of child safeguarding practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with differentiated learning activities.
• Liaise with staff and monitor student progress.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment.

Skills

GCSE Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above)

Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification
