Empowering Learning Ltd in Addlestone is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs, including SEMH and autism. The role focuses on aiding learning, behaviour support, and inclusive practice under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.

You will work one-to-one and in small groups, implementing IEPs, promoting positive expectations, and liaising with parents and professionals to support each child’s progress.
