Job summary

The Romero Catholic Academy is offering an apprenticeship in pupil support. You will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to help pupils access learning, develop confidence and achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.

As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting pupils with SEND, assisting with learning activities and preparing resources. You will be mentored and have access to training and regular reviews as you progress.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about supporting children and young people.

• Be willing to learn and develop new skills through training and mentoring.
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Have a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Hold GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, or be willing to work towards achieving these qualifications where required.
