Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children with a range of special education needs.
• Able to build relationships with pupils and adapt to their needs.
• Willing to undergo specific training from outside agencies to support children with specific needs.
• Able to communicate effectively with parents, outside agencies and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily needs of the pupil, including 1:1 work when required.
• Work within a small team to deliver inclusive education and SEND support.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive, nurturing school environment aligned with school values.
