Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking a caring SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming mainstream school in King's Lynn. You will provide 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs, helping them access learning and feel included at school.

Working with the class teacher and SENCO, you will build confidence, support emotional regulation and work toward EHCP targets, while fostering independence and social skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• We’d love to hear from you if you're patient, calm, reliable and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
• Previous experience with SEN, including ASD or ADHD, would be an advantage.
• Most importantly, you'll be someone who can build a positive relationship with a child and provide the consistent support they need to thrive.
