Qualifications

• Experience working within a primary school supporting pupils.
• Caring, patient individual with a passion for helping children.
• Enhanced DBS check required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to follow guidance and adapt support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to an individual pupil.
• Work alongside the class teacher to help every pupil access the curriculum.
• Create an inclusive and safe environment for pupils.
• Support social communication skills development.
