Job summary

Academics is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant for a Tilehurst school to support pupils with a range of needs, including ASD and ADHD. You will work closely with teachers and staff to provide targeted 1:1 and small group support, helping learners access the curriculum and develop essential skills.

The role starts ASAP, with pay between £90.00 and £105.00 per day. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you grow in specialist education.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN including ASD/ADHD/SEMH and learning difficulties.
• Ability to support learning and communication needs in a school setting.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
