A leading educational staffing agency is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support SEN learners aged 5 to 16 years in a welcoming school environment in Tandridge, UK. The role involves providing 1:1 and small group assistance, with no direct SEN experience required. Qualifications

• Flexibility and resilience in supporting learners with Special Educational Needs.
• Knowledge of working with children or young people.
• Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supporting KS1- KS5 SEN learners on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Communicating with parents about pupils' progress.
