Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs, ideally on a 1:1 basis.
• Ability to adapt learning materials and activities to suit individual needs.
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one).

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs.
• Build positive and trusting relationships quickly with staff and parents.
• Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding.
