Job summary

CER Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in primary schools in the Malton / Pickering area. This role is suitable for someone with SEN experience and a passion for helping children reach their potential, often working on a 1 to 1 basis with individual students.

The position starts in September 2026 and could lead to permanent opportunities for the right candidate. The successful applicant will need strong interpersonal skills to communicate with staff and students

Qualifications

• Experience with children or young adults in SEN or care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-to-1 support to learners with SEN.
• Assist with classroom activities and group learning when required.
