SEN Teaching Assistant – Kirkbymoorside
Location: Kirkbymoorside, North Yorkshire
Position Type: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP (September starts available)

We are currently working on behalf of a local school in Kirkbymoorside to recruit a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This is a full-time opportunity supporting pupils with complex and intense special educational needs, and we are looking for someone who is patient, resilient, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN is essential
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour with a calm, supportive approach
• A genuine interest in supporting pupils with high and complex needs
• Access to your own transport is highly recommended due to the school’s location
• DBS on the update service or willingness to undergo checks
